Welcome to Ubuntu: The TAPP Network.
Ubuntu is an African philosophy that is most literally translated "me we" and loosely translated
"I am because we are." It tells us that persons are persons only through other persons.
What would our
relationships, our schools, our churches, our world look like if we lived with an awareness of our
connection to one another?
"If we have no peace, it will be because we have forgotten that we
belong to one another." -Momma T
When I am sick, we are sick. When you feel joy, we feel joy. I am because we are.
Laugh together. Grieve together. Ask hard questions. TELL STORIES. Never underestimate the power of conversation.
This "revolution" is a celebration of the absurd moments of hope, not matter how small they may seem.
